Built to keep your account working
Plutos sends from YOUR accounts, through 🛡️ Ban-Shield on your own computer, so we built it to be careful with them. Here are the exact rules, and the part that is up to you.
The rules Plutos follows
Warm-up
Every account, new or old, starts at 5 to 10 messages a day in week 1 and rises week by week while there are no warnings. Tell Plutos an older account's age and it ramps up sooner. Every channel has its own sending ramp, shown in the app day by day.
Daily caps that grow
Each account has a daily cap that rises week by week with its history. You see the recommended cap next to yours.
Sending hours, their time
Messages go out only between 10:00 and 23:00 in the lead's time zone (WhatsApp until 20:00), and stop at the daily cap.
Pause at the first warning
Anti-bot detection watches every run. At the first warning, sending stops and the warm-up steps back a week.
You log in yourself
A private Chrome window opens on your computer. You log in there yourself. Plutos never sees or stores your password, and nobody at Plutos can open your account.
A separate sending account
Keep your main account for customers and replies, and send cold messages from a second account. Plutos asks which is which when you connect.
What if my account gets limited or banned?
- Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp restrict automated use, so any account that sends through a tool can be limited or banned.
- Plutos lowers the chance. It cannot remove it.
- At the first warning, sending on that account pauses. Your leads and messages stay in Plutos.
- Email does not use your Instagram or TikTok accounts at all.
- Go above the recommended limits or skip the tips, and the risk to your account is yours.
Channel by channel
Instagram: Instagram DMs go out through 🛡️ Ban-Shield on your computer, with the warm-up, caps and pause above. Customer support answers your chats the same way, in words you approved.
TikTok: TikTok DMs go out the same way, with their own warm-up and caps.
WhatsApp: WhatsApp goes from your own number through 🛡️ Ban-Shield, with a low daily cap and a warm-up. Messages to people who did not write first can get a number limited, so Plutos asks you to accept that risk first and strongly advises a separate number, never your main one.
Email: Email goes from your own domain. Plutos checks the 4 settings inboxes look for (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) before you send.

You are the sender
Messages go out from your accounts, in your name. The rules on contacting businesses differ by country, and platforms have their own terms. Plutos helps you stay careful: it honours opt-outs and your Never contact list, and every email carries an unsubscribe link and your details, added for you. Check the rules where you sell.
